KOE-02 wind power installation platform is a platform designed and manufactured for offshore wind power installation and operation, as well as offshore engineering support. This vessel is suitable for sea area operation within water depth of 60 m, and can meet the installation and service of various coastal wind farms in China at present and in the next 10 years. The key configuration of the platform is a JYM-J170 variable frequency rack-and-pinion jacking system designed and manufactured by KEEN Offshore Engineering and a 1200 t rotary crane around piles. The maximum lifting speed of the jacking system is 27.6 m/h, which can ensure safe and fast lifting operation of the platform. The design life of the jacking system is 2500 times (25 years).
